Why won't my Galaxy S4 boot up?

My Galaxy S4 Won't Boot Up

My phone was working completely fine 3 hours ago, now I turn it on and it shows up with the "Samsung Galaxy S4" thing then goes black. To turn it on again, I need to remove my battery and put it back in and then it repeats. I've already tried another battery and it's still not working. I've tried entering Safe Mode and that won't work either. Any solutions or do I need to call my carrier?

If you’re noticing that your Galaxy S4 locks up often, the battery is draining faster than normal, or the phone takes too long to startup then booting to Safe Mode is perfect because it lets you uninstall aberrant apps and gets your phone back on track.
