why won't my Galaxy S6 text to 5 digit numbers?

I seem to remember a question popping up the first time I tried to do this and I answered it...I don't remember the exact question OR what I answered.
But now it won't let me do it at all. the message is always flagged as "FAILED"
Any ideas on how to UNanswer that question????

I just searched through my S6 message settings, didn't find any specifics relating to send / receive short codes (5 digit codes) sorry..
I do recall codes not working with my previous carrier (A small MVNO company) simply because it was carrier specific & not allowed.
I would start with asking your carrier if codes are allowed and or update their APN.

Try contacting you network provider they could be blocking it
