AC Question

I got my tablet a little over a year ago. In that time, I have used it regularly and I have not dropped it. I tried to charge it yesterday and nothing happened. It was plugged in for 2 or 3 hours and it remained at 3% the whole time. The tablet said it was charging the entire time. When I unplugged the tablet, it died immediately. I tried a few different wall chargers. Is there somewhere I can take it to get it looked at? Or is there something I can do to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! First, try a different cable and/or wall charging plug. If that doesn't help, then the possibilities include a failing battery or a faulty microUSB port. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop for both of those.

Try a new cable and give the tablet a different position while charging. If that doesn't work, get it to a repair shop.
