Have you tried uninstalling the app and the re-installing it?

Please advise what you've tried so far:
-Have you created a Dropbox account (or have an existing one) & linked it?
-Have you gone into the Dropbox settings on your phone & selected either to upload over wifi only, or wifi & data? If you chose wifi only, are you actually on wifi?
-Have you turned auto upload on?
