Why won't my laptop (Win7) detect my Android (Galaxy Tab S 8.4 Lte) as anything but it charges it?

laptop (win7) won't detect android (galaxy tab S 8.4 Lte) as anything but it charges it.

I tried everything, and it seems I have a problem with bluetooth too. laptop won't install all the drivers related to tablet, so the device hasn't added yet. I need to transfer my files, what can I do?
even the bitTorrent sync isn't working, so as the LAN sharing... it might caused by the update which upgraded my tablet OS to Lollipop.. I have no clue.

can you help me guys?

I forgot to say that the main problem is that the laptop won't show any reaction when I plug the USB cable.. .it won't add the android as mass storage or anyhting. I connect it to my friend's laptop (win 8), the same problem occurred.

if your Tab already be rooted. try use debuging in setting (develop section).
try to download samsung mobile driver (new version) then install it.
make sure use cable still good enough.
