Why won't my lg g4 bootloop problem be fixed

I have a faulty lg g4 (bootloop problem). I took it in to my service provider for repairs. They send it back to me and told me they will not repair it unless I make a payment of R3800 for the cracked cammera lens...
What does the lens have to do with the faulty device. I accidently bumped my phone on the corner of my table wich resulted in the cracked lens. The phone still takes perfect pictures and the lens doesn't bother me. So why don't they want to repair my phones bootloop problem?
I depend on my phone for all my busness, it is my personal computer and absolutely have to have a decent working phone.
Please LG, repair my phone...

What they are going to claim is that if they do not repair everything on the phone, they will not be able to guaranty that any of the phone is working correctly.

Whether or not that claim is accurate is open to debate with us, but it is most likely no open for negotiation with the repair shop.
