Why won't my LG Optimus Fuel (l34c) go past the LG screen?

lg optimus fuel (l34c) wont go past lg screen

I turn on phone, the lg screen comes up. home button does its rainbow thing and it wont go any further. ive tried taking battery out for a minute. a hour, and almost a whole day. turn it on and same result. It wont do anything but show lg screen

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, LG doesn't give the user the ability to boot into Recovery Mode, so you'd probably have to try a hardware button factory reset. I couldn't find exact steps for the L34C, but you could try the steps for the L70:
