Why won't my messages go through to one specific person?

[Android Central Question]

We have been texting for about a month and all was fine. But now when I text them, it says delivered but they don't get the text. Also I don't get their texts. I don't know what to do. Please help!

You checked any restrictions?

Welcome to Android Central! Is the other person using an iPhone? Are these simple text messages or MMS messages (i.e., picture texts or group texts)?
