Why won't my Moto X play any videos?

[AC Question]

My moto x won't play any video

Whenever i'm on youtube or any other video player it always says 'there was a problem while playing, touch to retry'. I've reset my phone 7 times and have restarted the apps. I not really sure what else to do.

Try uninstalling the app updates, and then reinstalling from the play store.

I uninstalled and installed the updates and it's still won't play videos :-(

Are you using WiFi or mobile data? How fast is your network?
