Why won't my PC and phone (SGS3) won't recognize each other?

PC and phone (SGS3) wont recognize each other

I have SGS3 GT-I9300 with 4.3.

1.I tried different cables
2.I tried different computers (win xp, win 7, win 8.1, ubuntu 14.04)
3.I tried different drivers
4.Phone shows charging, but computer does nothing.
5.Phone doesn't show "Connected to pc"
6.Debugging is enabled

I need to connect to pc - I want to go for cyanogenmod 11 as Samsung wont make 4.4 for my phone model.

Welcome to the forums!

Does the phone ever recognize that it's connected (it shows a notification that it's in either PTP or MTP mode)?
For the Windows-based computers, do you hear the boop-beep audio when you connect the phone to show that the computer has recognized that a USB device is connected?
Have you made sure that you're using a data cable (not all cables are created equal)?

I already said phone doesn't show it is connected to computer and that computer does nothing!
Yes I tried 3 cables. All of them worked before and they still work on other devices.
I even tried hard reset my phone. Nothing.

Sounds like there's a problem with the micro-USB port on the phone then, since the cables work with other devices and the USB ports on the computers work with other devices.

It may be that the connector is simply gunked up - compressed air or electronic contact cleaner (with the battery removed, of course) would take care of that.
Other members have reported success using a flattened needle to realign the pins. YMMV.

Or you could just get the part replaced.
