Android Central Question

I use my charger USB cord and box that was provided with the phone, yet it only charges when i put it at a certain angle which is placing it upwards...i'm afraid if i keep doing so that it will destroy my charger hole permanently, does anyone else have the same problem? btw my phone is a samsung s7.

Since this is micro-usb there's a high chance of it breaking. The main problem might be the cable. Do you have the cable that came with your phone? If so it might be damaged after a while. If this is a new cable it might already be broken or check your charging port. The pins in the middle might be damaged and won't let you charge your phone. If so take it to a repair shop for them to take a look.

The "charger hole", the connector inside the phone, is already damaged. As Tim said, have it repaired or charge the phone wirelessly if it has a wireless charging receiver.
