Why won't my phone turn back on when it goes to sleep?

Sleep Wake Problem

So I just bought a Note Pro...but every time it goes to sleep it won't turn back on...like its sitting idle asleep and won't wake up...have to power down manually about 10 sec and reboot...anyone else had this issue?
what should i do? is there any setting for sleep mode?

No, Beemer2 - he said Note Pro: this is the Note Pro forum. His headline is misleading, because it says "phone" instead of tablet, but he is referring to a Note Pro in his post.
