My Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 wont charge or turn on
my tablet is off first of all. It restarted for a factory update and it shut off. whenever i try to charge my tablet or put it on the charger, the battery symbol pops up with the loading circle inside, but its like its frozen on that one "picture". the circle is not loading at all or even moving. when i unplug my tablet, its frozen on the battery symbol, i have to hold down the power button to "turn it off".
I have tried everything that i have seen recommended and nothing is working for me.
please help!
