My samsung note 4 won't power on

My swmsung note 4 won't power on via the mains charger or even the power button is there anyway to retreive what's on my phone data contacts pictures videos pretty much all that us on my phone

Welcome to Android Central! If the phone is completely dead, you won't be able to retrieve that data short of transferring the whole motherboard to another phone. This is why you should make sure your data is frequently backed up or synced somewhere (and is a great argument for keeping everything in your Google cloud).
