my samsung s3 has wont let me use it
first i had a problem where it said when i open my settings it would say unfortunately setting has stopped i got annoyed and searched up how to fix it i tried everything the last one that said i try is too try to reboot it so i did i thought it worked when it finally finished it went me to the the screen when i first got my phone it all restarted like it was new so i was now going to set it up like the first day i got it but when after i chose my preferred language i hit next then it said once again "unfortunately settings has stopped working" help mee please i dont know how to fix this
