Why won't my screen turn on?

Screen won't turn on

Battery may be completely depleted. Phone has been plugged in for over an hour, and the screen will not turn on. Upon removing the battery, it will vibrate and then flash red charging light. Upon pressing power button, alternating blue and green lights flash constantly, but screen does not start. Removing and replacing battery does not help. Had this problem once before, and removing and replacing battery worked. Ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! The battery might be failing. You might want to try a new one or a different one.
