Why won't my second gmail calendar sync?

Using a Samsung S5. I have two Gmail accounts. My main account calendar syncs on my phone, but I cannot get my second gmail account calendar to sync. I have the boxes checked to show the calendar, tried syncing and it still doesn't show. Help!?

Also, does anyone know how to change which gmail account is your main account?

When you go to your phone's Account Settings, is the Calendar Sync option for both accounts active? Does it show any warning signs? What does it say as LAST SYNCED on the Calendar you're not seeing?

You can always subscribe to your secondary calendar through your main calendar using Google Calendar site, and then just sync the main one (pulls both through). This is what I do and works fine.
