Why wont my tablet come on

My Verizon 4LTE tablet wont hold charge or power on. It wont go past the screen that says Powered by android

does it turn on when you turn it on while plugged in. also exactly what tablet do you have?

Have you tried different cables and chargers?
What's the exact model number on tablet?
