why won't ultra power saving mode go off?

[Android Central Question]

I switched to ultra power saving mode but my phone went off. Now I'm stuck between the UPSM and the normal mode. The notification to disable it is not available. I see all my apps but can't access them. UPSM settings have been given so I can't reset the phone.

HELLO.... I know the solution to your Phone It also happened to my Samsung J1........

when i turned the UPSM on My lock screen became black and when I touched the multitasking button I can see my Wallpaper But I cannot access my apps .......So What I did is I TURNED MY PHONE OF AND THEN I REFORMATED IT. AND THEN MY PHONE WORKS NORMAL AGAIN ......BUT ALL MY APPS IS GON
