Why would wifi video screen capture permission prompt on its own?

I have a Motorola G7 Optimo Maxx couple times now, I have received the pop up saying"WiFi will capture video of everything that is displayed on your screen" now I haven't tried to start screen recording and I don't even know how to. My concern is that I have been remotely hacked. Should I be worried?

Welcome to Android Central! If it's a pop-up window in the middle of the screen, try using Toast Source to determine which app is serving up that notification.
