Wi-fi app for Droid Maxx?

I don't think there's anything else that will work without root - FoxFi may be the only one for non-rooted users. If you root, then there are others available.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. FoxFi doesn't work with the Droid Maxx....unless you know of a trick to getting it to work on the Maxx.

Just double checked and you are right, Wi-Fi Tether is not supported with KitKat. What about Bluethooth or USB Tethering? Are those options available to you? It may not be the preferred, but may get the job done if you need it.
