Wi-Fi calling on Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Trying to use my old Galaxy Note 3, Lollipop, with WiFi Calling. No issues connecting to my local WiFi, and stream, download, etc... all work fine, except I'm unable to find the WiFi Calling feature on the Note 3.

(My newer Note on the same network works fine with WiFi Calling, so it's not my connectivity that's an issue.)

Even though I found several tutorials that state it should work, including T-Mobile support page outlining the steps to set up in WiFi Calling in Settings for a Note 3.

I'm thinking that Lollipop does not have the capability to turn-on WiFi Calling.

It's not just the OS that needs to support it - the carrier needs to support the feature on the device. Look at the trouble some people with unlocked versions of devices offered currently by carriers that can't get WiFi calling because the device is not carrier-branded...
