wi fi connection on android 4.1.2 problem

Hi everybody!
I start with thank everyone for the attention.
Some day ago bought a tablet ! it works fine but it doesn't connects on internet with my router. I tried to connect it with another router and it works!
The problem is: either router's setting or android setting for my router.
My router is belkin54g, it's old, but work fine with all pc windows (XP, vista, 7 and 8) and mobilephones android.
I've tried to put my line free (without password) but it works not even this.
It tries to get connection but at the end it writes "saved" and it isn't got connection.
Which ones information do I must give you to help me?

Welcome to Android Central! What brand and model tablet are you using?

Thank for the answer... my tablet is a little unknow model ... Ampe A10 Quad Core 3G .... I've read the guide but I had already tried all this solutions...I think there is some setting wrong either in the tablet or in the router... I tried to update the router but.... nothing... my father have a phone android with the same OS (4.1.2) and he can connect... I tried to compare the settings between my tablet and his phone but they're equal....I don't know what do again...

I had this problem there is some setting named WPS or something in router or in phone it needs to be enabled/disabled try this if you can get it working.

My router hasn't WPS setting (I looked for it but I didn't find it)
