Wi-Fi Direct authentication error? Please help!

[Android Central Question]

Hi

My quadcopter (drone) not connect to my galaxy smart phone A50s or A51 via wifi direct

The phone connects to other devices except this drone.

The drone connects to iphone 7 and also samsung A70 but says authentication error when I want to connect it with my phone

I've tried many many things to solve this but no result.

I hope you can help me on this issue.

My toy is a FPV controller drone with open network type router

Here is the errors I could get : Network selection disabled authentication failure;

Network selection disabled association rejection

It was Avast security but uninstalled and again not ok

There was AVG security app but not Ok after uninstall

Yes I did and it was more professional but nothing happened

Not sure what to try next. Who's the manufacturer of the drone? Do they have a responsive customer support line?

Yes, it is a Tomito Phantom drone and its built in router is from "ever sparkle technology"
I tried to contact them by Email but my email is rejecting from the site. In ev_sparkle site I found this which is the reason for rejecting my email:
"We only can follow up inquiries from companies with legitimate registrations"

The drone is phantom tomito D5HW wifi model

Indeed, I think the issue should be in android 10 for samsung galaxy a50s not in the drone

Have you already tried the Reset Network Settings option in your phone's system settings?
