Can any one tell me how to tranfer my files using wifi direct ? I can't do it between a samsung grand quattro and my moto g

This post is pretty old, but someone may find this info helpful.

I found instructions on youtube. It's pretty easy and I am getting 4mbps transfer speeds. You have to go into your wifi menu under settings and turn on wifi direct on both devices then select a device to connect to. Then turn on es file explorer on both devices. Then go to the device with the file you want to transfer and press and hold the file until a menu pops up. Select send and select the device you are sending it to.
