Wi-Fi doesn't work with apps--Galaxy S5. How can I get it working?

Wi-Fi doesn't work with apps--galaxy s5

Chrome works, but not any apps. They do work on data, though. Already restarted phone, forgot and rejoined the network. It's not just my home network either.
