Wi-Fi Inconsistent

I was trying to connect to my cable providers wi-fi inside my laundromat (they have a wi-fi device) and had full reception and the phone said the internet quality wasnt good. On my s3 i had no problems connecting to this wifi. anyone else having problems?

See if they are using a dlink router if so its a known issue they are working with dlink to fix
