Wi-Fi issue with some apps

Hi guys,

So recently my HTC One has decided to just get all whack on me. For some reason, I cannot access the Google Play Store, Snapchat or a password manager app while on Wi-Fi. Other apps like web browsing, Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp work perfectly fine but it seems like those three apps will just not work on Wi-Fi.

I googled online and they told me to delete cache and make sure the time and date was correct. I did that and no results.

Anyone have any ideas?

Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or just your home network? If it's just at home, you could try turning off the router's security temporarily, to see if that's contributing. Or there might be some firewall setting that is blocking access to certain servers.

On the same note as B, if it is a work or business network, speaking from experience, they will sometimes block certain servers. The three that you mentioned are blocked at my work even from devices.
