Moved to a GS4 two days ago. I'm having an issue where the GS4 is intermittently unable to get data via WiFi. Signal strengths to the router are fine. It is the only device in the house having the issue. Turning Wi-Fi off and then back on immediately resolves the problem. It has probably happened 8 times since I've had the phone. It has happened both at work and at home.
Anything resolution I should look into or should I simply take it back and swap it out.
If I do take it back, what is the recommended method of backing the device up? I don't have alot of things added to the phone but it would be nice not to have to individually reinstall everything
