Wi-Fi only tablet - silent feature?

Does anyone know if there is a way to go silent on the tablet? I have the non LTE version, so WiFi only. When I switch from Dex to regular, my Outlook notifications go crazy and my tablet vibrates for minutes, ha

Look for the speaker icon in the pulldown. There's normal, vibrate and silent. They rotate. Tap and you should get wavy lines - that's vibrate. Tap again and you should see the icon X-ed out - that's silent.
