Wider navigation buttons in Android P?

Hi
Is anyone in a position to check if Android P has widened the navigation buttons?

Since upgrading, I am routinely pressing "Back" button by mistake. I'm not sure if this is due to wider buttons or if Google have somehow made screen more sensitive.

It is driving me crazy!

If I hold he phone in my right hand and use my thumb to go to the Back button (I never do, I'm a 2-handed phone user), I can hit the Home pill, but that may be just because it's a pill, not a little circle.
