Widevine issue?

Anybody else seeing this? It should be L1. This is not ok

Mine is L1. I'm not sure what would change that unless you are rooted or have unlocked the boot loader, but I didn't think that was possible on the V60.

Nothing unlocked. It's been this way for a couple of months. It took 2 weeks for LG to respond to me only to say "we'll pass it on to the engineers for a future update".... T-mobile is sending me a new device because there is no way to fix it without new software

That's good that they are sending you a replacement. I figured they wouldn't consider it much of an issue to be worth doing so.
