Mine is L1. I'm not sure what would change that unless you are rooted or have unlocked the boot loader, but I didn't think that was possible on the V60.
That's good that they are sending you a replacement. I figured they wouldn't consider it much of an issue to be worth doing so.Nothing unlocked. It's been this way for a couple of months. It took 2 weeks for LG to respond to me only to say "we'll pass it on to the engineers for a future update".... T-mobile is sending me a new device because there is no way to fix it without new software
