Widget to customize lock screen while pin protected?

Is there any widget or app that allows lock screen widgets and customization while it is password protected?

Are you talking widgets or the app shortcuts. I use a pin and use the app shortcuts. I have my PIN timer set to 10 minutes and except for when I have to use the PIN it works fine. Once the screen times out after 30 seconds and I press the home button to bring up the lock screen the app shortcuts are there and I can swipe to open them. I do not use widgets but I am sure you could.
