Looks similar to the "Extended Controls" widget also available in the market. I think I paid 2 bucks for that one, though.

TNT, What theme are you using and are you rooted?

Need root to theme so yes. Running apex rom with a theme I threw together. You can find the rom in the rom section on apex. I have the theme for dl on the developers post on another site. I just made a new battery with just a percent that's not in the theme for dl.

Just noticed the theme is not really shown. What you see is adw with yorks black theme. Nothing to do with root rom or themes to the system.
