Wifi & 4G not working at the same time, pls HELP

I am on Verizon. First my wifi connection in my home would connect but not stay connected, I took it in the car and 4G did not work at all. I did a factory reset 4G worked and stayed on and Wifi was on, but not connecting. Today 4G doesn't come on at the same time wifi is on, but when wifi is off 4G is working fine.

I like this phone and just want it to work.

Any help is much appreciated. Do I need to exchange this phone or is some setting set wrong?

wifi on/4G off or 4G on/wifi off is how it's always worked for me. I've never had both at the same time. you can have bluetooth on with whatever.

I have had both on, usually because my wifi gets wonky now and then. No problem, other than using up data. Verizon phone. Mine connects fine so maybe take it in to your carrier?

Do you still have weak connection to Wi-Fi?

When I had the Pixel XL, it couldn't connect to anything most of the time, and I called Verizon, and they did some reset thing that did help a little with the wifi, so maybe call them and tell them the problem. I've had really good customer service from them particularly when I call.

Thou should be able to have WiFi on with mobile data too, especially if your carrier offers WiFi calling. Check your WiFi settings
