WiFi access point

I've had a look and couldn't find any information on this topic, so I'll try and explain it as best I can. Is there a way to share a WiFi connection to other devices using my S4? This may sound pointless but when a hotel/airline only let's you connect a limited amount of devices without charging extra this could be useful. I am not sure if this is even possible as I guess you would need more than one wireless chipset.

Blutooth tethering should accomplish this.
