wifi and bluetooth problem

hello everyone
hopefully someone can help me out . my s4 has suddenly stopped turning on its wifi and bluetooth . when you press the button to turn them on the icon goes dark green as attempts to switch on but then goes back grey . can anyone help . was working fine but just stopped

no i have not installed any roms . have made no changes to the phone
