I have problem about Wifi and Bluetooth. Non of them works anymore.
Wifi is keep trying to connect. I cannot turn it off or on.

Everything worked fine till yesterday, It happen suddenly.
I checked Hardware Information in setting, Wifi Mac address and Bluetooth address are Unavailable.
I did a Factory Data Reset, but it did not help.
any idea?
