Wifi and Y5 battery saver

I have been using y5 battery saver on my HTC Incredible for about a year and a half with no issues. I have just upgraded to a thunderbolt ( I LOVE the phone), and started using it. However, I noticed that when I pick up the phone after not using it for a 10 or 15 minutes that the phone is now off the wireless network and on 3g/4g. Then it connects back to the wireless network. I never had this behavior on my Incredible. Has anyone else seen this issue? Is it something in settings? A problem with the app? I also tried another similar app called auto wifi enabler and had the same issue which would lead one to think it is the phone? Any help out there?

check your wifi timeout period, y5 works just fine for me

I don't remember anything like that when I was using wifi enabler. Maybe I'll setup back up tonight and see if I can duplicate your issue.

Thanks Matt, that was the issue. It defaulted to 15 minutes. That was the issue
