Wifi calling doesn't always work!

WiFi calling is always enabled on this device. Sometimes, it will work just fine as is should, but more times then not, it will not work. For example, talking on the phone while walking into the basement, it will cut the call. If I am in the basement, connection is great, I go to send a text, it says there's no service. Then i turn off wifi and wifi calling, same thing. The only fix is restarting the phone. Then comes the best part, sometimes when calling the girlfriend with wifi calling, it says on her end that her device is not compatible to answer. Almost perfect wifi signal and pretty good connection throughout the house. Galaxy S8+ about 4 months old.
