Wifi Calling Issue: No Internet Account

Has anyone received the following error when trying to make a calling using wifi? The error message says that I do not have internet calling account on my phone. And it sends me to a screen to set up a sip account. It doesn't always happen but it does happen when I try to make a call her from a contact page (ie, my wife's contact page that includes her numbers and other contact information). It doesn't happen if I dial a number from the phone app.

Hadn't got any idea about your issue , maybe you can post the printscreen to let everybody know clearly.
As I know, not every M8 device had wifi calling function, I have seen T-moblie and Sprint had wifi calling,
which is 3rd-party app pre-installed/asked by carrier.
