WiFi Calling Issues after Moving

I have had WiFi Calling enabled on my Verizon Note9 for sometime now and it has always worked flawlessly. I just moved in to a new house with a new ISP (from WOW to Spectrum) and now when I try to make or take calls via WiFi it is very choppy on my end. They apparently can hear me without issue, but for me I hear like 1 out of ever 4 words. The only thing that changed is my internet provider and I am using my own modem and router, the same I used at my old house so I am not sure what could be the issue. Phone is stock and up to date as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

This sounds like a bandwidth issue. Have you ran a speed test from your phone? What bandwidth are you paying for, is it the same as the last ISP?

Try forgetting the WiFi account on your phone, then reboot the router and reconnect.

You can also download the app Network Cell Info Lite. On the device + Sim tab, it will show if WiFi calling is active.

I use this daily at work. It typically is not active when I first get there and have to restart the phone and it will be active.
