WiFi calling static/background noise when speaking and WiFi issue

Does anyone else notice that their WiFi calls using apps like Hangouts Dialer and Facebook Messenger are not clear and static?

Also my wifi seems to sometimes not load a page even though connected.

Its all going to depend on the connection you have with your router and how much bandwidth is available at the time of the call. Who is your provide and what speed package do you have?

Yes on all my phones that's why I don't use those apps for voip.
