Wifi Calling

Anyone have any experience with Wifi calling? Not sure which carriers support it now but I'm on Sprint and it's supported on the Note 4. I live in the Albany New York area and looking to try it out.

My current Sprint plan is unlimited everything but, a general question is, if I had a plan that was minutes based, would being on Wifi calling charge the minutes or not?
