wifi issue help please

help please
when connected to wifi it switches back to 4g then back to wifi every 10 sec or so

adaptive wifi is also switched off

is there something can do to fix this or is this a software issue

Try a restart or restart your router....

My son's Note 8 was having this issue and we tried everything including turning off Auto Switch, turning on and off Airplane mode and forgetting and re-adding wifi accesses. His was doing it no matter which (or who's) wifi he was on. He ended up doing a factory reset and the issue went away. I don't recommend doing factory resets for everything, but sometimes they can work wonders.

There is an ''aggressive switch'' between data and WiFi, maybe that was on by mistake, I think you find it in developer options or somewhere in advanced settings
