wifi keeps searching won't connect

Hi
My Samsung gs5 keeps searching for wifi but won't connect. It would connect but then lose can now nothing.Whe I try to get unto xfinity.net comcast free wifi it gives wifi error after I enter un and pw.
My other gs5 and iPhone 4 and pc hsve wifi
But this is the one with phone service on tmobile
I was screwing with settings after install of sd card maybe messed up setting. Nothing works abd I csnt restore to factory default as dint know how to back up everything.
On the duos I can choose where to back up not so on here and clouds full can't afford cloud service rite now.
Please help

Try to backup using the smart switch app.
