WiFi not working

Suddenly myWiFi stopped working. It started at panera, where they have free wifi. I had no network in range. Then at home, my network was listed as not in range.
What might the problem be??

What ROM are you using?

That's quite an old version, I'd consider updating to the newest CM7.1 final. All those older ROMs are buggy. Are you running from SD or internal? I can give you instructions on how to update if you are using it from the SD.

i'm been running Cm7 internally since April of this yea( I followed Huskermania;s YouTube directions). No problems until today

Delete all your wifi connections and reboot.

Didn't even have to reboot As soon as I deleted the last network, the existing networks appeared and connected to my home network

Fixed mine also.......did the delete and many in the area came into view, selected mined and entered the password. Simple when you know how to do it. Thanks again

It did fix my not being able to get to my network WiFi. Thought the problem was solved.

Yet, I can not connect to a Public WiFi. Not at Panera or Starbucks. What is wrong?

Thank-you for the tip! My WiFi also stopped working today, which happened just after I installed a new WiFi AP and I thought it had something to do with it. As soon as the last network was deleted mine and my neighbors networks all appeared.

Thanks for the tip - I have been unablr to access any networks for days. Deleting 4 of 5 of the networks listed as "out of range" did the trick, didn't even need to reboot!
