WiFi not working...

I just got this phone, and the WiFi will not connect. I turn it on, then select my network, enter the password, then it gets stuck on "Obtaining IP". Any suggestions?

Wish I could help. Mine was connecting just fine. Now it won't even turn WiFi on. I've only connected to the WiFi (DSL) in my own house, but it was working perfectly until it decided to crash. I mean, when I touch WiFi in 'settings' the off button dims but the on button stays dead gray as well. I can't scan for a network...nothing. It simply won't turn WiFi ON. Help
