Wifi Question

Typically when on wifi the wifi logo is blue when connected and the 3g or 4g logo is white, or not in use. And 4g or 3g is blue when it is in use.

What does it mean when both are lit up blue? Am I still using wifi?

Check out page 10 of the official Razr Maxx User Guide. When the icons are blue, it means you're connected to the Google server.
